Admission Policy
Since the Bible teaches that "God does not show favoritism" (Acts 10:34) and that "there is neither Greek, or Jew...barbarian, Scythian, slave or free; but Christ is all and is in all" (Colossians 3:11), Timothy practices no discrimination by reason of race, color, nation and ethnic origin in the administration of its admission and educational policies or its athletic and other school activities.
Timothy is an elementary school supported by Timothy Lutheran Church and is dedicated to bringing a Christian education to its students.
For those persons with other church affiliation it is important that they evaluate Timothy Lutheran School's purpose as they consider enrollment. Where understanding of purpose and willingness to cooperate are evident, application are cheerful and readily accepted as classroom space allows.
All students attending Timothy Lutheran School will be required to complete the entire course of religious instruction which is a part of the daily curriculum.
Confirmation is a renewal of the student's baptismal vow. Therefore it requires faithfulness to the beliefs taught in the daily instruction of Timothy Lutheran School, and it also automatically makes on a member of Timothy Lutheran Church. We will only confirm those desiring permanent membership at Timothy or at a church in doctrinal fellowship with us.
